How long have you been selling Real Estate and what is your success rate?

1. What is your area of expertise? (if they tell you that they sell the entire country or providence, I would be concerned! No way they can be an expert in that large of an area).

2. What kind of Marketing materials can they provide - what is their marketing plan)

3. Ask questions to find out how connected they are in your area of interest

4. Do they do Real Estate as a Full-time job?

5. How many homes have you sold in the past year and in what area?

6. Will you come and take pictures of my house? What kind of equipment do you have? (drone, extra lighting,...)

7. Are you registered with SUGEF?
